1, the lower film unwinding

2, stretch forming

3, the upper film unwinding

4, heat sealing device

5, print date

6, cut

The entire film with the product needs to be slit in both the transverse and longitudinal directions to cut the packaged product into individual products.

7, sterilization

1. The stretching forming temperature is generally controlled between 85-90 °C, but according to different equipment, different stretching forming effects, the temperature can be adjusted appropriately.

Fourth, common problems and treatment measures

1, under the film

Phenomenon: The lower film falls off the chain and cannot move synchronously with the chain, resulting in failure to properly stretch and package the product.

Reason: (1) The width of the lower membrane is narrow.

(2) The chain clamp is not tight.

(3) The film is biased.

Solution:

(1) The slitting width of the lower film is widened to ensure matching with the width of the chain.

(2) Repair the chain clip.

(3) Adjust the position of the lower membrane to coincide the center of the lower membrane with the center of the chain.

2, the stretch forming effect is poor

Phenomenon: the film is broken or poorly formed after stretching

Reason: (1) The heating plate is not heated enough.

(2) The heating temperature is not matched. When the temperature is too high, the film sticks to the heat sealing plate to increase the haze of the film, and the stretching is locally thin. When the heating temperature is excessively low, the film heating temperature is low, the stretching temperature of the film cannot be reached, and the film is broken after stretching.
